To preserve a safe directory environment for all visitors, all community submissions and listed Telegram groups must strictly comply with our safety guidelines. We prohibit listings that contain, link to, or encourage:

4. Listing Submissions & Contributor Rights

When you submit a Telegram channel or group link to LinksTelegram, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to index, display, format, and promote the public listing across our directory, category pages, and search indices.

You confirm that you have permission to list the group and that all accompanying descriptive text is accurate. We reserve the absolute right to modify listing titles for formatting clarity, reject inappropriate submissions, or revoke any listing without notice.

5. Third-Party Links & Telegram Non-Affiliation

LinksTelegram is an independent web application. We are not affiliated, endorsed, sponsored, operated by, or associated with Telegram FZ-LLC, Telegram Messenger Inc., or their founders.

Our site includes external hyperlinks directing users to Telegram's official domains (t.me, telegram.me). Navigating to external groups is done at your own risk. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, chat moderation, or security of external Telegram servers.

6. Intellectual Property & Automated Scraping Rules

The structure, design code, layout, search algorithms, graphics, and compilation database of LinksTelegram belong exclusively to our platform.

Systematic extraction, bulk harvesting, or automated scraping of our directory database via scripts, bots, or unofficial crawlers without express written consent is prohibited and may result in IP blacklisting or legal enforcement.

7. Takedown Requests & Abuse Protocol (DMCA)
